Conference Strategy Review
An independent perspective on your conference, with clear, practical recommendations for its next edition.
You've been running your conference for several years. You know what works. But perhaps you're wondering what could be better, whether the positioning is still right, whether the programme is serving your audience, or where there are opportunities to develop the event, grow attendance or generate more revenue.
Your team is already busy on your next project, and an independent perspective could help you identify where to focus.
The Conference Strategy Review is a focused, streamlined engagement designed to give you experienced strategic input without the time, cost or commitment of a larger consultancy project.
What I look at

05 — Marketing & Audience Development
06 — Partnerships & Revenue

4. Discussion
We meet for 60 minutes to discuss the findings and agree on what to focus on next.
