Overview:

In December 2024, I led the delivery of a multi-project cultural programme as part of the inaugural Riyadh Music Week, overseeing the successful delivery of the Music Cities Convention, Music Cities Awards and the Saudi Music Cities Exchange, a six-week virtual education programme designed for stakeholders across the Saudi music ecosystem.

Delivered within a three-month timeframe, the programme brought together international speakers, policymakers, cultural leaders and music industry professionals through a combination of conferences, awards programming and professional development initiatives.

My role focused on overall project leadership, client and stakeholder management, strategic oversight, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of six across all areas of delivery.
